Strom started as a denim laundry in 1994 and has grown into one of Turkey's most innovative and versatile denim laundries. Since then, Strom has become a diversified textile business and has maintained its generational heritage—today, the company is run by the founder's son Inanc. He respectfully continues his dad's heritage of giving ownership to the people in the production and the family-style way of doing business but with his own touch, creating partnerships that reach a broader society, like working with schools and universities to inspire and educate the next generation of textile engineers. To Inanc, a defining factor of a successful business is its ability to sustain its employees and their families and sustain itself from generation to generation.
